The Titanium Chef Patissier XL was developed for the hobby baker who demands more from his food processor. A food processor that you can use to proof dough or melt chocolate. It has an integrated scale, a touchscreen with preset programs, two mixing bowls, a mixing bowl interior lighting and an EasyLift mixing arm that you can open with just one hand. This chef's kitchen machine offers you everything you need to live out your passion for baking.

7l EasyWarm ™ mixing bowl

Melts chocolate just like hearts

With the heat function, you can easily heat ingredients in the mixing bowl and thus achieve better and faster results - without any effort. You can make Swiss meringue in the exclusive 7 l Easy-Warm ™ mixing bowl - dough also works and melts chocolate up to 33% faster. *

* Rise dough 33% faster than in a standard Kenwood mixing bowl and melt chocolates 33% faster than in a double boiler. Internal test with 500 g of dough and melting of 100 g of chocolate.

EasyWeigh Waage

Weigh it comfortably in the bowl

The integrated EasyWeigh scale saves time and reduces clutter when baking, so you can weigh all the ingredients right into the bowl. It even works when you use the optional accessories.

You can simply weigh in the mixing bowl or in one of the accessories, such as the multi-chopper or juicer, if this is attached.

DuoBowl ™ mixing bowls

7l and 5l mixing bowl set

Many recipes require more than one bowl and the Titanium Chef Patissier XL comes with 2 mixing bowls.

In the 7l EasyWarm ™ mixing bowl there is a 5l mixing bowl that you can simply take out and then decide for which quantities you use which bowl. For large quantities and the heat function, you use the 7l bowl, for smaller quantities you can work in parallel in the 5l bowl.
